Ingredients
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into large rings.
Step 2
Squeeze the lemon juice over it.
Step 3
Add olive oil, salt, chili pepper, and paprika.
Step 4
Mix everything by hand, gently crushing the onion.
Step 5
Leave the fish in the marinade before grilling for 20 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
