- White bread 5 slices
- Cheese Spread 5 slices
- Anchovies 8 pieces

Step 1
Spread the slices of bread with anchovy butter (to make the anchovy butter, mash 3 tablespoons of butter with 8 anchovies). Top with tomato slices, then cheese.
Step 2
Prepare a mixture of flour, yolks, nutmeg, parsley, salt, and white wine. Mix well. Spread over the cheese and bake in a hot oven (450°F) for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
