- Avocado ½ pieces
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice and cook it according to the package instructions, then let it cool.
Step 2
Chop the red onion, fish, and avocado into 1 cm cubes. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Mix the mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Use this mixture to dress the fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Spoon the rice into deep bowls, top with the poke, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and cilantro leaves.
