Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 12 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Basil 1 stem
- Parsley 2 stems
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, mince the garlic and chili pepper.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic and chili in olive oil, add the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the tomato paste and basil.
Step 3
Cook the pasta until al dente and mix with the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and pine nuts.
