Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 fl oz
- Ground clove 0 fl oz
- Dried Chamomile 0 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon 0 fl oz
- Ground clove 0 fl oz
- Chili jam to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, stirring, for about 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the soy sauce, vinegar, zest and juice of the orange, sugar, allspice and black pepper, thyme, cloves, cinnamon, and chili sauce to taste. Mix and chill.
