Ingredients

  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Coriander essential oil 0 oz
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds 0 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Toast the coriander and cumin seeds in a dry skillet until they become aromatic.

Separate the green part of the onion from the white part and chop them separately.

Finely chop the garlic. Slice the basil into strips.

Place the coriander, cumin, white part of the onion, and garlic in a heatproof bowl.

In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil until it reaches a boil. Pour the hot oil over the spices in a bowl.
