Description
It's better to remove the seeds from the habanero pepper, as they are very spicy. Handle the pepper while wearing gloves.

- Scallions 8 stalks
- Italian chopped parsley 0 oz
- Pitted olives 0.6 cups
- Pistachios ½ cup
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 teaspoons
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Salt to taste

In a small bowl, combine finely chopped green onions, finely chopped parsley, very finely chopped dates, nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well.

Add minced pepper to taste and season with salt.
