  • Star anise 2 pieces
  • Paprika ½ teaspoon
  • Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric ½ teaspoon

Step 1

Finely chop the leek, onion, and ginger.

Place all ingredients in a pan and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Let cool, then strain. Cover and refrigerate.
