- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Cayenne Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Sweet Corn Sticks 20 oz
- Milk ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion, diced red bell pepper, cayenne pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes until the onion is soft.
Step 2
Add the corn kernels and diced tomatoes. Cook, stirring, until the tomatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the milk, stir, and serve immediately.
