Ingredients
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Veal Tenderloin 0 lbs
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ tablespoon
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Bay leaf 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, mix with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and ground bay leaf until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 2
Make incisions all over the surface of the beef, push the spice and carrot mixture into them. Rub the remaining mixture over the surface of the meat.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F, place the meat in a roasting bag, making sure to leave a small opening (if this is not done, the bag may burst, and the meat will turn out dry). Leave in the oven for about 3–3.5 hours.
Step 4
It is best to serve the meat cold as an appetizer to the main dish.
