- Avocado 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 4 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Lime Juice 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the chili pepper, onion, garlic, and herbs. Dice the tomatoes (remove seeds and liquid). Peel the avocados (cut in half) and remove the pit.
Step 2
Drizzle with lime juice. Mash the flesh until it reaches a puree-like consistency (with a fork or in a mortar), but leave some avocado chunks.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
