Spicy Asparagus with Sherry Vinegar
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Asparagus 2 bunches
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice 1½ teaspoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic ¾ teaspoon
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Step 2
Then add the asparagus cut into small pieces and the water, and sauté, stirring, for 4–5 minutes over high heat.
Step 3
Sprinkle with chili, garlic, and salt, and sauté for another minute or so until the asparagus is slightly tender but still crisp inside.
Step 4
Remove from heat, drizzle with vinegar, toss, and serve.
