Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Ground clove 0 oz
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Nutmeg 0 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chestnut puree 5 oz
- Maple syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, spices). Then add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and pumpkin puree to the dry mixture, and whisk until smooth. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2
Cook on a preheated skillet on both sides until golden brown. Stack them on top of each other, drizzle with maple syrup, and sprinkle with brown sugar.
