Ingredients
- Chickpea 20 oz
- Tahini 3 tablespoons
- Toasted Cumin Seeds 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 heads
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight before making the hummus.
Step 2
Cook the chickpeas until they are soft.
Step 3
Toast the cumin and sesame seeds in a pan for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Place the chickpeas, lemon juice, seeds, and olive oil in a blender.
Step 5
Blend everything together.
Step 6
Add the garlic and blend again.
Step 7
Taste the hummus and add spices to your liking.
