- Ham 10 lbs
- Ocean salt 1.5 teaspoons
- Coriander essential oil 1 tablespoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 5 fl oz
- Maple syrup 0 fl oz
- Italian chopped parsley 2 bunches
- Orange Bell Peppers 0.5 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the mustard and maple syrup. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 3
Trim the rind and excess fat from the ham.

Rub the paste onto the ham and place it in a greased baking dish. Bake in the oven for about 1.25 hours, until a crust forms and the internal temperature of the meat reaches 150°F.
Step 6
Transfer to a platter and let rest for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with the sauce, garnished with parsley.
