- New Potatoes 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Smoked salt ¼ teaspoon
- Parsley 0 oz
- Canned Peaches 5 oz
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the diced potatoes and finely chopped onion until golden and soft, about 20 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with paprika and parsley.
Step 4
Add the potatoes with onion, finely chopped ham, and finely chopped peppers to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Pour the egg mixture over everything and cook over heat for about 10 minutes until the eggs are set. Cool in the skillet and cut into pieces or serve hot.
