Everything is the same as with classic basil pesto. Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet beforehand, and use a firmer cheese.

- Pistachios 5 oz
- Wild Garlic Greens 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spaghetti 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden, wash the wild garlic, dry it, and chop. Grind to a uniform mass, gradually adding olive oil until the mixture turns into a cream. Add grated cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain, mix with the pesto sauce, and serve.
