Ingredients
- Spaghetti 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Black truffles 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large deep pot, bring 4 liters of water to a boil, add salt and then the spaghetti. Stir gently to avoid breaking the pasta.
Step 2
Cook for about 8 minutes until al dente, then remove the spaghetti from the pot. It's important to keep the water in which the pasta was cooked.
Step 3
In a saucepan, add 50 g of butter and the spaghetti, sauté over medium heat for one minute. Then add 100 ml of the pasta cooking water.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, add the remaining butter, and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Now you can serve the pasta: place the spaghetti on a plate and sprinkle with thinly sliced truffle petals. You can also add grated Parmesan.
