Description

It's best not to add spices so as not to alter the rich flavor of the white mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Aspen mushrooms 4 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the white mushrooms into large pieces and boil them in 0.5 liters of salted water for 20 minutes. Drain the mushrooms in a colander and slice them. Strain the broth.

Step 2

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and sauté them.

Step 3

Dissolve the flour in the mushroom broth to avoid lumps, then add it to the mushrooms.

Step 4

Heat the milk, pour it into the mushrooms, and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.

Step 5

Cook the spaghetti (time indicated on the package), place it on a plate, and pour the mushroom sauce over it.
