Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Champignons 6 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until fully cooked.
Step 2
Slice the champignon mushrooms and bell pepper.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and onion, then sauté them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Add the slices of mushrooms and bell pepper, and sauté them with the onion and garlic for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
When the mushrooms and peppers become soft, add the soy sauce.
Step 6
Place the spaghetti on a plate and toss it with the vegetables. Sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top.
