Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Ramps 1 bunch
- Baking Tomatoes 15 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Basil ½ bunch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the spaghetti to boiling slightly salted water and cook for 4–6 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, chop the ramps and basil not too finely. Drizzle everything with olive oil, add salt and pepper, and mix.
Step 3
Serve the spaghetti in a deep plate, topped with the tomatoes and ramps.
