Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Herbs
Ingredients
- Parsley leaves 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 30 oz
- Spaghetti 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the parsley with olive oil in a blender.
Step 2
Add the green onions and blend until all the onions are chopped. Add the tomatoes and pulse the blender 7 or 8 times until you have a chunky sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain. Before serving, drizzle with the tomato sauce.
