Spaghetti with Shrimp and Olives
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Shrimp 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Garlic 2 heads
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil and peel the shrimp.
Step 2
Heat a skillet, pour in the oil, and sauté the finely chopped garlic.
Step 3
Once the garlic turns golden, add the shrimp. Fry for about 10–12 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the finely chopped bell pepper, and after about 2 minutes, add the tomatoes and halved olives. Sauté for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Once they are cooked, add them to the shrimp and mix. Cover and warm for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Before serving, add the finely chopped parsley.
