Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 15 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Durum wheat 10 oz
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Dried Rosemary a pinch
- Fresh basil leaves a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in salted water for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat, but do not drain the water. Set the shrimp aside.
Step 2
Cook the green beans in the shrimp broth for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water and set the beans aside. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions to ensure they are not too firm or overcooked.
Step 4
Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Sauté over low heat for about 1 minute. Add salt, pepper, and spices, and mix well.
Step 6
Then add the cooked spaghetti, shrimp, and beans, and mix everything together.
