Spaghetti with Shrimp and Asparagus
Ingredients
- Durum wheat 5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Asparagus 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the shrimp (12 pieces) from the freezer and let them sit.
Step 2
Heat a skillet and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 3
Cut the garlic in half, sauté for 30 seconds, and remove.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in the skillet. Add the shrimp and sauté until partially cooked.
Step 5
Cut the asparagus (frozen is fine) in half and add it to the skillet.
Step 6
Cook the spaghetti for one minute less than the package instructions.
Step 7
Add the spaghetti to the skillet, mix well, add a tablespoon of olive oil, Parmesan, plate it, and enjoy the flavor!
