- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Salmon 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Asparagus 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Shallot 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Thyme 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Baking Tomatoes 0 oz
- Saffron 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the spaghetti to boiling salted water, cook for 7 minutes, and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 3 pieces and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the shallot, garlic, and herbs, cut the salmon into large 2x2 cm cubes, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 4
In olive oil, sauté the shallot and garlic, add the salmon, and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Add 50 ml of dry white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, then add the cream, canned tomatoes, saffron, pepper, and salt.
Step 6
Add the boiled asparagus and cooked spaghetti, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, add the cherry tomatoes, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Twist the finished pasta with a fork into a spiral and place it on a plate, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, garnish with a sprig of thyme, and serve.
