Ingredients
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Bacon 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Basil 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, cut into quarters, and remove the seeds. Chop the flesh.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet, add the bacon, and fry until crispy. Add the chopped garlic, tomatoes, remaining oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat for 1–2 minutes until the mixture starts to boil.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the tomato sauce and mix well.
Step 5
Serve the dish in deep plates, sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and herbs.
