Description

Depending on your mood, you can substitute the chanterelles with shiitake mushrooms. In this case, the proportions change: shiitake - 100 g, porcini mushrooms - 150–200 g. Use frozen mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti 5 oz
  • Porcini Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Cream 22% 5 fl oz
  • Parsley ½ bunch
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Bouillon cube 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the garlic into thin slices.

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces (you can use either fresh or frozen mushrooms — thaw them beforehand).

Step 3

Sauté the garlic over low heat until golden, then add the mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for about five minutes.

Step 4

Add the cream and the mushroom bouillon cube dissolved in a glass of hot water.

Step 5

Simmer until a thick consistency is achieved (about 20 minutes). Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti.

Step 6

Five minutes before the end, add salt and pepper to taste and finely chopped parsley.

Step 7

Mix the cooked spaghetti with the prepared sauce.
