  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
  • Porcini Mushrooms 0 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Spaghetti 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

If you are using dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water for at least 15-20 minutes. Fresh ones just need to be washed.

Step 2

In the meantime, prepare the spaghetti: add the pasta to a large pot of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook uncovered. When the water comes to a boil again, reduce the heat so that the water continues to boil and cook for another 10-12 minutes.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a skillet, add sliced mushrooms, and cook until they are soft. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet along with the peas. Toss everything together. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and serve immediately.
