- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Olive Oil 7 tablespoons
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water (al dente pasta is slightly firm to the bite).
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and red pepper over low heat (remove seeds if you don't want the dish to be too spicy). Fry the garlic until golden (not brown!).
Step 3
Drain the cooked pasta, add it to the skillet, and let it sit for 1–2 minutes until it absorbs the sauce, then serve.
