Spaghetti with Mushrooms in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Durum wheat 15 oz
- Soy Meat 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package (I recommend cooking for about 3 minutes less).
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and sauté until partially cooked.
Step 4
Pour in the wine and let it evaporate.
Step 5
Add the mustard.
Step 6
Pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Bring the sauce to a boil, then turn off the heat.
Step 8
Mix with the pasta and transfer to a serving dish.
Step 9
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or thyme.
