Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Ham
Ingredients
- Cream 22% 0 fl oz
- Ham 0 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Chicken Broth ½ cup
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Apple Wine to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Start boiling the spaghetti and simultaneously begin preparing the sauce.
Step 2
For the sauce, finely chop the onion, sauté it in vegetable oil, add finely chopped ham (bacon) and cleaned mushrooms. Sauté everything until cooked.
Step 3
Then add wine (optional) and reduce by half.
Step 4
Pour in the broth and reduce by one third.
Step 5
Add the cream to the sauce and turn off the heat.
Step 6
Grate processed cheese into the hot sauce and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 7
Place the spaghetti on a large plate and pour the sauce over them.
