Ingredients
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Water 0 qt
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms 15 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Hard Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, sauté the mushrooms and add sour cream with herbs de Provence.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 7–8 minutes (until al dente).
Step 3
Take a bit of the water used to cook the spaghetti and add it to the hot sauce.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce. Mix well.
Step 5
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
