Ingredients
- Lobster tails 5 lbs
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Mussels 15 oz
- Squid 5 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine 5 oz
- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Marjoram 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Baking Tomatoes 15 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F (gas mark 4).
Step 2
Drop the lobster into boiling water and cook for 15 minutes, then remove it. Once the meat cools, extract it from the shell, breaking it into small pieces.
Step 3
To prepare the sauce, crush the shells with a rolling pin and finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and 1 chili pepper. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and chili with the shells. Add the tomatoes, breaking them up with a wooden spoon, and a glass of water, and simmer for 1 hour. Strain through a sieve, removing shell pieces, and season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Step 5
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Finely chop the garlic and chili, then add them to the skillet and sauté lightly. Clean the mussels, and slice the squid. Increase the heat, add the shrimp and mussels, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, discarding any unopened mussels.
Step 6
Add the tomato sauce, cooked pasta, and lobster meat. Finely chop the parsley and marjoram leaves, add them to the skillet, and mix everything together.
Step 7
Fold a sheet of baking paper measuring 60 x 120 cm in half to create a crease, and lay it on a baking tray. Place the pasta with seafood in the center of one half. Beat the egg, then brush it on all the edges. Bring the two sides of the sheet together and seal well. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the envelope puffs up.
