Description

Since the salmon is originally lightly salted, it is not advisable to add salt during the cooking process. However, if it feels like there is not enough salt, it can be added.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti 10 oz
  • Cream 22% 5 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the spaghetti. Set aside until ready.

Step 2

Cut the salmon into elongated strips, similar to beef stroganoff.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a deep skillet and add the crushed garlic cloves.

Step 4

Once the garlic releases a noticeable aroma, add the salmon. Sauté lightly for 1-2 minutes and then add the cream.

Step 5

Simmer the salmon in the cream, stirring occasionally, until it turns a tender, pale pink color and the consistency is smooth. No more than 5-6 minutes.

Step 6

Add the parsley to the salmon and mix.

Step 7

Add the spaghetti to the cooked salmon with the sauce and mix well.
