The recipe uses the maximum amount of lemons for the pesto, but you can adjust it to your taste—some might find that just one lemon is enough. You can also grate some lemon zest into the pesto.

- Spaghetti 20 oz
- Lemon 4 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Basil 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti to cook.

Cut the lemons.

Sort through the basil.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Place the basil and garlic in a blender.

Juice the lemons into a blender.

Add Pecorino cheese.

Pour in the olive oil.
