
Spaghetti with Garlic and Butter

Ingredients
- Spaghetti 20 oz
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Put the spaghetti to cook.
Step 2
About 5 minutes before the spaghetti is ready, heat a skillet and pour in the olive oil.
Step 3
Sauté crushed garlic in olive oil.
Step 4
Add the chili pepper, sliced into large strips.
Step 5
As soon as the garlic softens, add the finely chopped parsley, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 6
Once the spaghetti is cooked to al dente, drain the water.
Step 7
Add the spaghetti to the skillet with the sautéed garlic, bell pepper, and parsley.
Step 8
Over low heat, sauté this mixture for half a minute, stirring constantly, then add the juice and zest of half a lemon.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Step 10
Serve at the table.
