Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 20 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 teaspoons
- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes until they start to brown.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti.
Step 3
Drain the water. Add the tomatoes along with their juices, feta, parsley, and sliced olives. Mix well. Serve with grated Parmesan.
