Spaghetti with Dried Caviar
Pasta and Pizza • Italian
Description
In Mediterranean cuisine, tuna roe, known as bottarga, is commonly used. In our regions, tarama roe can be used instead. It's important not to overdo the salt when cooking the pasta, as the caviar is quite salty. As a precaution, use half the usual amount of salt when boiling the spaghetti.
