Pasta and Pizza • Italian
Description
Due to sanctions, finding blue cheese at reasonable prices isn't always easy, so you can substitute it with any soft or semi-hard cheese of your choice. If you're not a fan of al dente, be sure to cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package. Enjoy your meal, friends!
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Dorbly Cheese 0 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
- Salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, cut them into small strips, and sauté in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Reduce the heat, add sour cream, a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes or grate it, then add it to the mushrooms. Stir and heat until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 4
Add finely chopped basil, stir, cover with a lid, and remove from heat.
Step 5
In boiling water (1 liter for every 100 grams of spaghetti), add salt (5 grams per liter), place the spaghetti in the water, and cook for 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package. Drain the spaghetti in a colander to remove all the water, return it to the pot, add olive oil, and toss to combine.
Step 6
Place the spaghetti on a plate, generously drizzle with the mushroom sauce, and garnish with basil leaves.
