Spaghetti with Anchovies

Ingredients

  • Olives stuffed with lemon 12 pieces
  • Capers 2 tablespoons
  • Anchovies 6 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Spaghetti 5 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the olives in half. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, finely chop it along with the anchovies. Mix in a bowl with the capers, onion, vinegar, pepper, and oil.

Step 2

Cook the spaghetti. Drain and add to the bowl with the other ingredients. Toss to combine.

Step 3

Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves and serve.
