- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Tahini 1½ tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Kung Pao Sauce 1½ tablespoons
- Sherry 1 tablespoon
- Sugar ½ tablespoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ginger ½ teaspoon
- Scallions 2 bunches
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- English cucumber 5 oz
- Cilantro 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in a pot according to the package instructions until al dente; drain, rinse the noodles under cold water, and dry them.

Then drizzle the cooked noodles with sesame oil and set aside.
