  • Spaghetti 5 oz
  • Salted pork belly 5 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Shallot 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add the spaghetti to boiling salted water and cook for 7 minutes.

Step 2

Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes, finely chop the parsley, and cut the bacon into strips about 1 cm wide.

Step 3

In a preheated skillet, add olive oil and bacon, and sauté for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

Add the onion and garlic, sauté for another minute, pour in the wine, and let the alcohol evaporate.

Separate the egg yolk from the white and mix the yolk into the spaghetti.

Step 7

Twist the cooked pasta into a spiral with a fork and place it on a plate. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, then serve.
