Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Anchovy fillet 5 oz
- Chili Flakes a pinch
- Citrus Zest Mix 0 oz
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the water, reserving 0.5 cup.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, heat olive oil and add garlic and anchovies. Sauté, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the pepper, zest, oregano, and parsley, and stir well.
Step 6
Add the pasta, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 7
In a bowl, combine the egg yolks and the pasta water.
Step 8
Add the egg yolks mixed with water to the pasta and place the pan over low heat.

Stir everything vigorously for about 1 minute, until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce, then drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
