Description
Spaghetti Bolognese with Parmesan
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 2 tablespoons
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 6 tablespoons
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Clove 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Bacon 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Veal Tenderloin 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make the Bolognese sauce. Finely chop the bacon, onion, carrot, and celery. Cut the steak into thin slices. Grate the cheese. Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add the bacon and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. Add the steak, onion, carrot, celery, and clove. Season with salt and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes. Pour in the tomato sauce and wine, cover, and cook for another minute.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti: add the pasta to a large pot of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook uncovered. When the water comes to a boil again, reduce the heat so that the water continues to boil and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water and add the spaghetti to the sauce along with the cream and Parmesan. Mix well. Serve immediately.
