Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 10 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Fill the sous vide container with water.
Step 3
Heat to 145°F.
Step 4
Thoroughly wash the eggs.
Step 5
Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 6
Boil the eggs for 30 minutes.
Step 7
As soon as the eggs are ready, remove them from the bag and quickly cool them in water. These shell eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
Step 8
In a separate saucepan, bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and gently break the required number of eggs into it. Cook at a gentle simmer for 1 minute.
Step 9
Place the poached eggs on a plate, season with salt and pepper.
