- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 1½ tablespoons

Fry the tablespoon of flour with the same amount of oil until light yellow, dilute with a glass of hot meat broth, add sour cream, and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
