- Herbs 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add all the ingredients at once: grated cheese, two eggs, sour cream, chopped herbs, and two tablespoons of flour.
Step 2
Mix with a spoon until smooth, but do not whisk — this is important.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the skillet and add the cheese mixture.
Step 4
Sauté until golden brown on both sides over medium heat. Cook the first side covered, then carefully flip and fry uncovered. Total cooking time is 12 minutes.
Step 5
Place on a plate and cut into fragrant pieces.
