- 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, soak and rinse the mushrooms thoroughly. You can use dried mushrooms or fresh champignons for making the sour cream and mushroom sauce. The mushrooms should be finely chopped and sautéed in sunflower oil with the chopped onion until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the flour to the pan with the onions and mushrooms, pour in the broth, and simmer all the ingredients on low heat under a closed lid for 20 minutes. During this time, the sour cream sauce with onions and mushrooms should thicken.
