- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 4 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cream 2 tablespoons
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the cheese sauce. To do this, mix grated Parmesan with cream cheese, mascarpone, salt, pepper, herbs, and cream.
