  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 4 tablespoons
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Sourdough Bread 2 slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the cheese sauce. To do this, mix grated Parmesan with cream cheese, mascarpone, salt, pepper, herbs, and cream.

Toast the bread. Drizzle with oil.
